3-Man Arena Sorting Buckle Series
& Beef-The-Clock Event

Series 1~ 2012 

Round 2 - Sat. Feb. 25th, 2012

 

 

 

 

 

 

To Be Held at the Yucaipa Equestrian Center

The Buckle Series will be a DRAW POT event ~ 

Entry Fee $6.00 per person/per run - (Enter up to 6 Runs)

The Buckle Series will consist of four consecutive

3-Man Sorting Draw Pot Events

to be held on the last Saturday of each month.

 

Divisions/Classifications will be used.

 

Highest point winners, for each division/classification,

will be awarded a Buckle at the end of 4 consecutive scheduled events.

 

 

(Please check the calendar for our exact schedule

which takes into consideration Holidays and Other Pre-Scheduled events)

Sign Ups - 8:00 a.m.

 

Sorting Begins Promptly at 9:00 a.m.

Points will be retained for three consecutive Months/Events. 

Point Winners for each Division will win a Buckle!

An Optional Event has been included and

 will take place during the Buckle Series Event

Beef-The-Clock
Jackpot Now Starting at $740

If a team can do a clean run of 10 cows within 50 seconds

They are eligible to win the Beef The Clock Prize Pot Monies!*

Beef~The~Clock Rules

1.  Each member of the team must have paid the $5.00 entry fee for the day.
          
NOTE:  That entry fee is good for up to 6 runs. (Only one entry fee for the day)

2.  Teams will be competing against the clock. 
        
  A team must do a clean run (all ten cows within 50 seconds).

3.  Jackpots will start at will be accumulative until won.
          
Monies collected from entrants each month will be added to the Prize Pot.

*If more than one team sorts all ten cows within the 50 second time limit, the team with the least amount of seconds will be determined to be the winner.  In the event of a tie, the monies will be split evenly between the winners.

 

LUNCH BREAK ~ LUNCH WILL BE AVAILABLE ON SITE!

 

A Jackpot ~ Draw Pot

Will take place following Lunch Break

Random Draw Teams! -- $20/each participant (any age)

Enter up to 3 runs.
Two Runs Guaranteed
3rd Run for Top Teams
(Based on Number of Teams Entered)

 

 

 

Note: This event is located on City Park Property.  NO alcoholic beverages are allowed on the ground.  Violators will be excused with no refund of fees.

a previous reservation was made or a holiday falls on that week.
